A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guest house or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Guests are greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.  Our staff assist with check in's, escorting guests to their accommodation and concierge service offering tours & adventures.

To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for them. Properties can be stocked with a choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge.
